      Pay is efficient for the job outlined. Great place to work, if your an engineer.

      Extreme display of favoritism by department leads fueled by most members of management. Poor leadership.... Very poor.

      Pros

      Easy job with decent pay. Was lots of work available when I first started, now there is hardly enough for 2 shifts.

      Cons

      Ran poorly. Wrong people in supervisor positions. Plant Manager inexperienced. Since she had been promoted we lost so much business we had a layoff. Went from having 3 shifts and weekend overtime down to 2 shifts and no overtime.

      Poor onboarding support, benefits are getting worse, poor leadership skills of direct management, too many inexperienced employees with lack of industry knowledge, most likely due to repetitive lay-offs of senior employees
