      Pros

      Provides training on business ethics and other areas on a regular basis. The last training I took was a great class on active and passive communication.

      Cons

      These classes appear to be given to just "check the box" in training records. Some management may put the training to practice, but many do not and continue to practice unethical conduct and very poor communication.

      The building is well maintained

      Cons

      There is no direction from management. Morale is low and the employees found out they were being sold from a leaked story online. We are looking forward to no longer being a part of TE. We have found that we are successful in spite of the company not investing in us.

      Pros

      Great people everyone works really hard despite being treated badly by management, excellent benefits, and a gym to work off the stress.

      Cons

      I'm literally shocked at the culture of management at this company, a serious lack of values of integrity, accountability, and teamwork. The greed of management is downright unethical, laying off good hard working people to make the corporate numbers look good and serious lack of customer service.
