      None. Management is terrible. I cant speak for TE personally but back in 2005 it was operated by Deutch ESD. Worst salaried position ever. I was a management intern working for some Pakistani dude and it just didn't work out. I

      Same as pros...none. Terrible management. Ole buddy buddy system, I quit after about 4 months...both the managers got on my nerves and this was my first job since separating from the Marine Corps in 2004. Not a very good impression as far as taking care of employees. It was about Deutch and getting the parts for NASA or whoever. Government puppet!

      Pros

      -Most coworkers manage to keep a positive attitude and they want to fix broken processes and improve -There is a lot of investment in new products

      Cons

      -So much knowledge has left the company through layoffs or attrition that many basic administrative functions do no work properly. -The ERP system is almost 20 years old but senior management acts like they can get the same information and use the same headcount as you can with a more modern system. -Management has not tolerance for the idea that complex problems may take more than one month to solve and so things are swept under the rug.

      Good Benefits, awesome 401k plan, depending in which department you work: good work life balance

      Cons

      Leadership is beyind disconnected about what goes on in Menlo Park and other locations. They don't seem to care or listen to employees. Their differentiation system is a joke.
