Great work environment. Positive feedback and always wanting to help with improvements. My Regional and District manager are always there if I have questions. Always pushing us to do better for ourselves as individuals and the company as a whole.

I value the aspect of being responsible for how much you earn in this job. I value all the benefits and most importantly i value the amazing people I have had the chance to work with.

Cons

I feel as if the schedule can greatly improve. Most employees get stuck with 7-13 days in a row of work which is super hard on our mental health.
