      Pros

      The TEAM environment and culture. I feel I can go to anyone for anything at anytime and my question or concern will be welcomed. The benefits are the best I have ever had.

      Cons

      Overall communication is a problem at TEAM I feel. It seems when things become overly communicated, it becomes background noise. We don't need a post in 3 different groups in Teams then a companywide email. It is just overdone and I would like to see what we could do to streamline communication

      Pros

      That I can reach out to whomever I need and get help fairly quickly. I don't ask for help often so when it is needed I appreciate it. My team is small but good. DM tried very hard and RM is very knowledgeable and always available. Charlie is a wealth of knowledge and jody is always quick to respond and knows how to help get things done. I always know they will do the very best to help me and support me if there is an issue.

      Cons

      I hate Outlook, along with everyone else but that is a done deal.

      Pros

      I've been with TEAM for going on 6 years this year and I love the job and company. The Team I work with is one I value alot. I would also say The upper management in my area is one i value as well. They are all great to work with.

      Cons

      Honestly I cant think of anything right now.
