Pros

The consistency of the job, the vacation time/PTO, and the environment as well as all the staff in surrounding areas. Everyone is usually willing to help with any issues anyone has and we all find solutions together to problems. I also enjoy the contests we do.

I love how we are made to feel like a family and how they make you feel like a valued member of the team. Coming to work every day is enjoyable and something I look forward to.

The pay is based on profit sold, so you know exactly how much everything transaction is going to make you.

Cons

Sales targets aren't adjusted at the employee level based on time of year. You're expected to sell as much in January when it's slow as you did in December and November during the holidays.
