Decent Earning Potential, Poor upper management

Pros

Make your own money via commission, decent hours and scheduling. Good vacation time accrued with tenure.

Cons

Upper management above Store Manager level is all over the place with initiatives and goals. Very micromanaging of reps and store managers in pursuit of their bonus.

The pay is really good if you can establish good rapport with guests and hit your KPIs

Cons

Upper management is so catty and downright rude to the people below them. It started off great and they wanted you to lead with integrity, not sure why that changed but out of no where we started being told to position things as free and to only offer the “my offer” discounts on bills if the customer was going to add something to their account. If you didn’t shove a product down someone’s throat and practically force them to buy it then you didn’t do it right
