Pros

- I love that you're in charge of your destiny at TEEMA - you pick your focus/vertical/style and run with it. - The business model is collaborative, so you get the flexibility of working from home and managing your own desk, but can collaborate with other members within the org to partner on different deals or even just to receive mentorship or advice - The team truly wants to help each other and see each other succeed - there is a friendly competition, but everyone is open to sharing their knowledge and helping each other succeed. - It's a great place if you're entrepreneurial - it sort of feels like running your own business with training wheels - TEEMA provides conferences and training opportunities to grow in your skill set and rewards top performances with P-club trips and prizes (like 2 airline tickets anywhere in the world) - Leadership is constantly assessing what can be improved and constantly taking members' feedback to improve processes and functions.

Cons

- Definitely an open, entrepreneurial environment - you have to create your own structure and focus on your own goals - this will not be given to you. - You have to work at networking/partnering with other members within TEEMA as the remote setup can make it challenging. - It can feel isolating at first - Working on 100% commission can be challenging at first and it takes a good 6ish months to see momentum (but the amount you keep is worth it!)

Pros

You are your own boss Great place to start an entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial venture 80% commissions Great network of people to work with Discounts on tools and services Love the leadership Love the flexibility Love being able to work from my home office or on a beach in Tahiti Leadership who actually cares about the members (unlike a hire 5, fire 4 model) Members who are actually passionate about the clients and candidates they serve An experienced recruiter network No one is stealing or bugging your clients and candidates Huge open market Honestly, I can go on and on... its simply the best model to recruiting I have seen

Cons

No paid lunches No snacks in the kitchen No morning motivation calls No one whipping you to do better You have to pay for your own LI recruiter but you make tons.... Trust me you won't even notice it when you start getting your commission checks You run your own business! it's yours so you have to understand the risk of that and you have to be excited about going to work for your own goals and dreams.
