Pros
If you're looking for something new, fresh, different and something that challenges old recruiting models and disrupts the staffing industry, then look no further. This place is highly collaborative and provides top down leadership.....in fact TEEMA is driven by the Members who work here. I found that this place changes lives...it may sound too good to be true, but it's a fact - this place will empower you to do all you can (if you want it). I love the fact that I can just focus on running my sales desk, knowing full well the back office and infrastructure around me, will support my business.
Cons
The TEEMA model can be a blessing and a curse. For those who are driven, have self discipline, are motivated and don't see a virtual model as a barrier then you'll do just fine. If you are someone who is dependent on others, need hand holding, need to be told what to do, how to work, who don't grasp technology well and who fail to learn, then stay away. TEEMA is not the best fit for all staffing experts, but I gotta say it's one of a kind and an organization I'm fortunate to have found. It's more than you can imagine and if you want to be empowered to become great in the staffing industry then you got to take a look.
