If you are tired of the corporate recruiter/ staffing experience and would like to keep 50% - 80% of the TOTAL commissions on each candidate you hire, TEEMA is the place to be. It took about 4 solid months to get established and start making income but it is worth it. My first commission check was $26,000. I have no boss micromanaging my day. I have TONS o f support and love the people I choose to work with. I call my own hours and work in both account management and recruiting. I have the freedom to work any open job in any vertical, so if I want to hire senior engineers, Nursing Home Administrators, or Executives and VP's in Accounting and Finance or the CPG or Food and Beverage industry, I can.
Cons
If you aren't an entrepreneur at heart, this isn't for you. You won't have anyone but yourself setting your hours and calling the shots. You will have all the tools you need to hit the ground running and it would be better if you already have a great rolodex of contacts from 5 or more years in recruiting/ staffing to draw business from.
