Pros

TEEMA provides you with the opportunity to truly be a hybrid between owning your own business and having the support of a team and back office similar to a traditional staffing agency. I get 100% autonomy to work whatever kind of staffing business I want to work. No direct manager looking over my shoulder. Incredible income potential. Nearly 50% of our members earned more than 150k in 2021 and the top 25% were all over 250k.

Cons

This is not the environment to work part time or if you are not motivated for success. You will be on your own managing your own desk partnering up with other members doing split deals. If you can't manage your time well in your home office, you likely won't succeed.

Pros

- The highest commissions in the business - Potential to earn up to 80% of your margin - Work from home - No supervisor hovering over you or inundating you with ridiculous metrics - An incredible, supportive culture - True "Servant Leader" philosophy practiced by all leadership I do not want to enter the following in "Cons" section, because they aren't cons - just challenges you'll face and some advice if you've never been your own boss before (like myself): - If you are in a sales position (client or talent manager), understand that this is a 100% commission opportunity, and you will have to have a business name and bank account to be compensated. - Have a nest egg to cover your living expenses while you get your business rolling. - Make sure your inner entrepreneur is ready to work harder than you did in your old employed position. - Since you are an independent contractor, there are no employee benefits provided by the company.

Cons

There are no real downsides, as long as you're willing to work harder for yourself than you did for your previous employer.
