Pros
- the flexibility to work on what you want, when you want, where you want - how great is that? Be careful though..... that's enough rope to hang oneself by.
- TEEMA has attracted some power-houses in the recruitment industry, people who are generous with their time and tips, and are truly inspiring.
- no *roll call* at 9AM, but that said, what recruiter hasn't made a few 6AM calls/meetings for working candidates. This company respects the time and dedication that professionals put in.
- Yearly training and sales conference full of great information, and opportunities to be inspired by the best in the industry.
- the commission structure is Best in the industry.
Cons
- this environment is ideal for experienced recruiting professionals. There is a training program, but it is on TEEMA's systems and processes.... not on *how to recruit*. Do not join TEEMA if you are hoping someone will train you to recruit because it won't happen.
