Pros
The most flexibility in the market - work from home, manage your own business and create results you want Attractive compensation model - I haven't found another model that pays the same Great people - working with like minded, driven individuals makes things a lot more productive and easier
Cons
Requires discipline - members work in a remote model with most working from home so you need to drive yourself to stay on point Need a strong work ethic - many feel that since they pay is double or more of their last agency that you can work half as much for the same return....never happens
