Fully Remote Autonomy of what job reqs you work on Great people and support Annual sales conferences and get-togethers No "ceiling" on commissions

Cons

Full commission, no annual salary or benefits (but this also isn't a con when you see the potential to what you can make if you're a go-getter and self-motivated, this is not a place for lazy people just wanting to collect a paycheck. This is a place for people interested in constant growth both professionally and personally. Amazing, people work here. )

TEEMA provides you with the opportunity to truly be a hybrid between owning your own business and having the support of a team and back office similar to a traditional staffing agency. I get 100% autonomy to work whatever kind of staffing business I want to work. No direct manager looking over my shoulder. Incredible income potential. Nearly 50% of our members earned more than 150k in 2021 and the top 25% were all over 250k.

Cons

This is not the environment to work part time or if you are not motivated for success. You will be on your own managing your own desk partnering up with other members doing split deals. If you can't manage your time well in your home office, you likely won't succeed.
