TEEMA provides the opportunity that all high performing recruiters are looking for. That is, to work for a company that is genuinely invested in your success, to keep more of what you produce, to work a flexible schedule and to be part of great group of individuals that share have the same goals. I just wish I joined sooner!

Cons

This is not the Koolaid talking, but there are no cons for folks that are humble and hungry that want to unleash their individual potential.

Pros

Teema may not be for every recruiter, but it's an amazing place for those who are self-driven and self-motivated to be the best. They provide a tremendous network of likeminded individuals who also want to be the best. They have created a platform that isn't perfect, but it is always evolving and we strive to keep getting better in all facets of the business. You won't find a better comp structure anywhere in the industry.

Cons

Teema is not a good fit for everyone. If you want to be told everything to do and given step by step direction, you won't succeed here. If you are not willing/able to step out of your comfort zone and reach out to other members within Teema, you won't be successful here. The only issue I have here at Teema is benefits. They don't offer a very good healthcare option, but other than that, I don't have any complaints.

Cons

- There are a lot of different businesses and opportunities in Teema. For new members that join, they need to have a clear vision on how they are going to execute and make money. This isn't a place for newbies.
