Was a great event, well attended with about 130+ current Recruiters from all over North America. Was a great opportunity to network and mingle with peers, learn new things, and find opportunities to work together. This is my third event, best yet!

Cons

As the organization has grown and matured look forward to seeing two tracks get established, one for new TEEMA members to hep them get on stream quickly and one for the more senior members that have a longer tenure with TEEMA and are looking for creative ways to grow their business

Best commision in the industry. Exceptional operational support (legal, payroll, IT, and Marketing) and best in class tools to utilize. Teema has created an amazing platform for experienced recruiters to tap into hence it has attracted top in class members who cross sell and support one another happily.

Cons

Not the place to start your career as the training and development is catered for experienced HR and Recruitment professionals

Working at TEEMA is amazing. You get to pick your own schedule, work anywhere you want to, you are your own boss, and you still get amazing support and assistance from your coworkers throughout the day. The community is one of my favourite parts about working at TEEMA. Many people are willing to help you with growth and provide you with constructive criticism to really push you beyond your limits. Also, the company's founders are absolutely amazing and have enormous hearts. I absolutely love my job at TEEMA

Cons

Some people do not work well at home or on their own time. Working at home is great if you understand time management and you are able to motivate and keep yourself accountable for your time.
