Pros
TEEMA is the perfect mix of culture, freedom, flexibility all the while maintaining a platform that allows it's members to create their own destiny. In short, TEEMA has been life changing for myself and my family. Sure there has been ups and downs over the 9+ years with TEEMA, but after 9 years I have no interest in leaving. I will be here until the end of my career. It also doesn't hurt that TEEMA offers an industry high commission rate, because in the end, we all need to get paid.
Cons
For certain people and personalities it is easy to feel like you are on an island working this virtual model. However if you commit yourself to picking up the phone you will have no problems. Honestly, beyond that, I'm not sure how this model would get any better. The platform is amazing, the people and culture has been amazing since the beginning, and the culture hasn't changed since day one.
