We take great pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for all our members who provide staffing services through TEEMA. It’s disheartening to hear that you feel otherwise, especially given your significant tenure with us of eight years. That length of service suggests we must have been doing some things right during your time here; that we were your community of choice, supporting you and the clients/candidates you represented. In the end we’re sorry you chose to leave and that it ended on a on a negative note. It is also unfortunate that you chose to leave this type of review after such a long standing partnership.
Regarding your comments:
Pyramid Scam – this is a false claim. We’re a legitimate, reputable, credible and trusting business of over 15 years in North America with zero ties, influence or replication to any MLM system. Our 300 members would cease to exist if we were a scam. We have countless reviews and experiences that would state otherwise.
Support for Members: Our goal has always been to provide a strong infrastructure, resources, and back-office support to help members succeed and grow their client and talent networks. We take claims like "colluding to steal" very seriously and strongly deny such practices. We operate with integrity and fairness, as evidenced by the long-standing relationships we have with many members.
Misclassification Allegations: Our classification of members as independent consultants complies with all relevant laws and regulations. We work diligently to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance, and we encourage open communication to resolve any misunderstandings or concerns.
Value to Members: Many of our members like yourself have found great success in our model, and we consistently strive to live up to our commitments as well to provide ongoing value not just to our members, but to our clients and talent community too. However, we understand that no organization is perfect, and we’ve always welcomed specific, actionable feedback to help us improve further.
We are sorry you chose to leave our community after 8 years. Thank you for your service, your involvement and your contributions. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and appreciate the time and effort you invested with TEEMA over the years.
