      Pros

      Ability to still work from home for now. It's okay for someone just starting out but little to no upward mobility.

      Cons

      The pay is not great. Management was terrible and truthfully inexperienced. Pile a bunch of work on assistants to with very little acknowledgment nor appreciation.
