      Pros

      Flexible work environment, great co-workers, awesome benefits and a very down to earth leadership team. They acknowledge good work and reward employees for their efforts. Also, in my dealing with Sr. Leadership - they care a lot about their employees and are always proactively looking for ways to be a better employer - they treat people like family and not just another "Employee Number."

      Cons

      VERY big - so there can be some disconnect between departments and "branches" of the tree, but they are aware of that and seem to be working to improve cooperation and communication.

      Pros

      They are trying to innovate but not in a competitive manner. They are about advancing corporate profits and are desperately trying to remain relevant in a dying market.

      Cons

      Your pay won't keep up with cost of living expenses, and their bargain basement approach to staffing to see how much people will take before leaving will leave you constantly training new people and compensating with high turnover.increased effort does not pay off here.

      Pros

      Good base salary, and an interesting industry to work in from a tax perspective. Everthing else about the job was below average to poor.

      Cons

      Horrid raises, no growth whatsoever, and very poor review system. Also the coworkers had no personality, and made it hard to get through the day.
