      Pros

      Great work environment and corporate culture! TEGNA is very innovative and works in front of the curve!

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company, there is not a lot of synergy between offices.

      Financially solid, great co-workers, helps the community, interesting industry

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, benefits weak, company does not communicate to all impacted internally. TEGNA, formerly Gannett treats all staff as average during reviews--I do not think TEGNA hires average people. Outdated non-news software. Lays off people all the time.
