      Pros

      Co-workers encourage each other and celebrate each other's achievements and successes.

      Cons

      Pay is not bad compared to comps in the industry, but difficult when living in one of the most expensive cities in the country.

      Pros

      Current health benefits are fairly decent. They are very focused on DEI. If you can check that box, you'll have an advantage.

      Cons

      Employees are poorly paid. (Extremely poorly for high-cost CT.) They don't value experience or skill, just use up whoever they have. They're fine replacing people every year or two. If they bother. They have current job openings that have been vacant for several months and at least one for over a year. Other openings they post, then never fill.
