      Fun environment, great staff, gives tons of experience

      Cons

      Offered a salary position for digital producer. Would often work more than 40 hours with no way to be compensated. Annual raises not guaranteed.

      The atmosphere was ideal for someone that could get out and seek out your own book of business.

      Cons

      The management had no engagement with my development. They knew I was an employee that would need attention, considering I had never worked in media sales. I did not receive any focus until 4 months into the job.
