      You'll have a lot of creative freedom and they seem to value experimentation and thinking out of the box.

      Cons

      You won't get paid well and the only way to get a raise is to leave.

      Beware Copy Coordinators

      Health insurance and 401k some positions are WFH

      Cons

      Top salary for copy coordinators is $40,000. You can hardly support yourself. There is no room for growth. And the job itself is not defined properly. It's way more than just a copy coordinator position and the fact that you cannot move up or make more money is awful! It's a confusing position. Management is conceited. You do not have management support. They have nothing in place for severe weather such as winter storms, they expect you to be there no matter what. In this position they do not like you working from home. Only two days a week WFH. In reference to the hourly rate you're going to be surrounded by people who make three to four times more money than you and eventually this difference is going to wear on you heavily.
