      Pros

      Biweekly pay keeps me coming back.

      Cons

      Middle management is eager to target and bully employees. Support is withheld so that minor infractions, or just day to day challenges, can be used against employees. Managing people out seems to be a priority. Middle management prioritizes their own perception to senior management, leveraging their employees livelihoods, rather than supporting the team they "chose." Said middle management has ingratiated itself to HR, and there is no safe space for employees to seek advice or help. This is an unsafe environment.

      If you like to work in clique environments where the loudest voice in the room is the only one listened to.

      Cons

      The $100 Uber eats gift card that was taxed!! They also run the most embarrassing programming. Look at “Daily Blast Live.” It’s a total joke of a show and is an embarrassment to the entire network of journalists.

      - being employed is the only pro

      Cons

      - management is not transparent, company has terrible performance but will tell you everythings great - not growing so you wont get an opportunity to either. the only growth they've seen is through acquisitions and that barely offsets the decline in revenue - mostly unqualified management, no matter how bad they are performing nothing changes - layoffs - low comp
