1) Onboarding is a joke. There is minimal training and you are basically thrown to the wolves. 2) Annual attrition for the company is horrendous. 3) Its a numbers game. Cold call 400+ people per week for the CHANCE at hitting your quotas 4) No candidate ownership. Someone form a different office can steal your candidate with no repercussions 5) No requirement ownership. Anyone can submit candidates to a requirement from anywhere (this might be a pro depending on your view of it) 6) They say "know when to ask for help" but then when you ask for help you're told to figure it out or to just "do better".

For example: gives leadership roles to people who have accumulated X, Y, Z in commission, yet lack leadership skills and do not have a passion for teaching new hires -Account managers stress the importance of submitting candidates yet do not get back to you promptly once they are submitted
