      Pros

      Managers who care about people. Very collaborative culture. Tons of opportunity. Some of the most brilliant people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      New guard of management is leading the culture in the wrong direction IMO. Excessive focus on growth and increasing profit at the expense of core values is a dark path to follow and is the reason why I ultimately chose to leave.

      Pros

      This is a great place to learn a lot about the staffing world. TEKsystems does a very good job in training its new hires. They work individually with you to teach you the ins and outs of the market and the industry. Additionally, there are a lot of people there with fun and positive attitude that makes it an enjoyable place to come to work (for the most part).

      Cons

      Once you start talking about management and the overall philosophy and culture of TEKsystems, it becomes a different story. They seem to preach a lot about putting their people first, yet seem trigger happy when it comes to kicking them to the curb. If you are looking to be rewarded for your performance, don't work at TEKsystems. I have waited a long time to write this review because I did not want to be a "former employee scorned." The smoke has cleared and I still believe that TEKsystems is not a safe place to work. No one should be constantly in fear for their job.
