      -They give you a job.

      Cons

      If you work on site, at the actual TEKsystems office, I'm sure it's great, but for their "consultants" who are placed at different sites, not so much. -Poor health benefits. It was cheaper for me to just get my own insurance elsewhere -No vacation days. I'm only given 7 days of sick leave because it is DC law. -No opportunity for advancement, growth or development - no training offered, no nothing. My most recent "increase" was an extra $0.25/hr. Thanks?

      Pros

      It's a great company everywhere but Louisiana from what I've read. You're able to grow in your respective field and they keep looking for better options for you. Again that's from anywhere, but Louisiana.

      Cons

      In Louisiana, there is no communication with your employer. Negotiations about a pay raise is never on the table. I've never felt that they care about your well being. The only concern they'd show is if I decide to quit, they'd be losing out on money from my contract.
