Benefits were very limited. No paid vacation time. Make sure to read your job offer well. They might leave out paid time off intentionally, but it can be offered - ask for it. The company took too much money off the top by subcontracting. Employees should have been paid much more.

Long hours, low salary, company will continuously ask you to give give give and will not reward you. Most markets it will take a very long time to get spun up enough to make decent money. you will work from 7:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and if you leave early, you WILL get brow beat or called out in an open pit environment. While the culture is strong, they will continuously squeeze whatever they can get out of you while playing to your sense of teamwork and opportunity to advance. If you are willing to work 60 hour weeks for $45K (that's WITH commissions and everything first year), then you will fit right in. Be prepared to drink the Kool-Aid. There are hundreds of people in this company who have family problems and/or no personal life because they are sold out to the money they can make and the demands of the company. They will say "work hard, play hard" but 90% of the time, it's just hard work. If you have a family or are thinking of having a family, this company is NOT for you.
