      Pros

      My manager and team were amazing. I enjoyed the vertical I worked with and everyone was supportive.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great compared to the amount of work and stress. The account managers are awful and are always looking to make everything your fault. The clients are too big and that leads to your being asked to make exceptions for them.

      Pros

      You can get some really great internal relationships over your time at the company. If you get set up with the right accounts you can do really well. Great training for recruiters and account managers, along with additional ongoing training that is available

      Cons

      401k is really bad Healthcare is not very good for a company the size of Allegis Group/TEKsystems Account Managers are verticalized which can handcuff your ability to make money in some markets If your local leadership is weak so is your ability to grow. Meetings to have meetings seem to be a theme, if they can't see you, you aren't working, so micromanagement does happen. The ability to move up in the company only happens when you're young. Has become too Corporate and too Big to have the culture it used to have
