Pros

Great culture and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone for the most part is very friendly. Weekly pay schedule and quarterly bonuses. Pretty flexible schedule and no clock in/clock out.

Cons

Training for new hires became minimal before being put onto the floor with everyone else, and training can be assigned to you without warning. No clear path to growth and management positions. Sr. role required more knowledge of day to day operations than the supervisor role did. Constantly increasing work load. Leadership is very disconnected from the associate level. Advertised as entry level work, but is not entry level standards. Healthcare options are not the greatest.

You COULD make a lot of money, but probably won't.

Cons

12 hour work days, disrespectful coworkers, poor work life balance, lots of sexism / objectification of women, and enmeshed office relations. I have never worked anywhere that had more office relationships, dramas, hookups. The place was a petting zoo that takes advantage of college graduates.
