Uses flowery corporate language to gaslight employees into thinking it's something it's not. This is a soulless, greedy corporation like any other, and its profits are declining rapidly. Refuses to adapt to a post-covid landscape. Taking away benefits to try to push people out the door to avoid having to lay staff off. Is eliminating positions as people quit so growth is virtually impossible. In the off chance that a management position opens up, can only get promoted if you are a boot-licker. Whole staff is visibly unhappy. Can't stress this enough, you are expendable here. Stay away from this sinking ship.

-Lack of available entry or junior level projects means you may be sitting "on the bench" for a very long time. -While "on the bench", you will end up doing mostly nothing but taking Udemy courses and working on certifications and other "professional development" trainings. I personally think it's great that the company is so willing to invest in us to pay us full-time for this; however on the other hand I feel as though employers and clients value project experience over certs, so this really only may be marginally helpful. Furthermore, as beneficial as it may be, it simply gets tedious after too long when all I want to do is write code.
