      Pros

      It is easy going. I work from home. I am on top of my workload and never fall behind so I have no oversight in my daily activities. I feel like I make important findings and then I write reports so other teams can fix glitches. I like the work.

      Cons

      I make 20 bucks an hour, it is embarrassing!

      Pros

      I was a Recruiter for 3 years and the only pro is the people you work with are phenomenal.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low for the amount of time you are expected to work. You are expected to respond to something work related at all hours of the day, no work-life balance. TEK keeps making empty promises to end clients that they can fill 1000+ positions in 2 weeks. Recruiters are expected to cancel PTO, Holiday, and to work over the weekend etc. and work on filling these roles. You then find yourself working 18 hours a day only for the client to cancel the project and positions. This exact scenario happened 4 different times while I was working there. Additionally, you can do everything right in this job and there are still a myriad of things out of your control that will waste all of your work and time. Working for this company is a game of CHANCE and LUCK if you are looking to succeed and grow your career.
