Pros

Friendly co-workers, great leadership/manager, commute was short, lots of training and valuable experience gained. Stand/Sit desks were awesome. Employee resource groups were very strong and the culture was welcoming and open to all points of view.

Cons

Work-Life balance doesn't exist. If you think you'll work 8 hour days, you'll get made fun of and pressured into working 9-10 hour days. This leads to burned out employees and high turnover. The company is newly implementing some more flexible schedule options for the highest performers in the office, including remote days. Newer recruiters or recruiters struggling will not be able to have these flexible schedules. Benefits aren't that great. Lots of old school thinking at the company therefore changes are slow to happen. There's a lot of politics and bureaucracy in the office as well.

Cons

Compensation structure is uncompetitive considering the high expectations of work product and hours demanded. This causes high attrition and being consistently understaffed.
