They fail to mention “for the first 6 months” when the company advertises one of the best companies to work for. The company is always hiring because it’s a revolving door, NOT because the company is growing. 15 people were hired during the time I was hired; by the end of my first year at least 10 people left. Company cares more about metrics rather than truly building relationships with consultants. Worst job ever.

-Long work hours; instilled culture of showing up early (6:45am) and staying late (most nights past 6pm) -Work hard play hard attitude that, more often than not, interferes with getting your work done (long group lunches, playing games during the work day, etc.) and typically results in longer work days since you'll have to stay later -Cold-calls. All day. For months until you build a network. You're essentially a telemarketer for the entire first year you work there. -Base pay in major cities isn't too far off from the official poverty line income rate. The salaries they flash around when you're interviewing are those of people who've worked countless hours for years, so don't be fooled into thinking it'll be your salary any time soon.
