Low pay and little chance of a perm position unless you have worked with them for 3 years or more and with the poor pay scale that's tough to do, I have seen many temp workers go more than 7 years at the same work location before getting even a slim chance for permanent hire. The environment creates a poor attitude among the temps low pay combined with inexperienced makes for very difficult working conditions at the client sites as the clients have little confidence in temp workers who are often seen as competition by full time workers who are afraid of being replaced.

I honestly have no complaints about this company. They've been professional and responsive with me for as long as I've been working with them. But even though it's great that they offer any benefits at all -- basic health insurance, personal days -- given the nature of the job, I wish there was one more personal day in the calendar.
