      Pros

      OK first job for new grads looking to get sales experience. The training is extensive. Chance to work with some good people. Company culture is "unique".... this is also a con.

      Cons

      Your regular working hours are 52.5 hours/week and with the "optional" extra hours (which is not really "optional") you can expect to work 55-60 hour weeks, but you get paid for 40. Micro-management to the max, big brother mentality, very high turnover. If you don't follow the "TEK mentality" your stay may be short. The culture is almost like a cult. If you have strong ethics this might not be the company for you.

      Pros

      Very open and passionate culture. Very structured training and development program. This is a great place to work for if your career is just getting started.

      Cons

      Base salary is on the lower range for the same type of positions in the industry. Moving up can be very slow therefore employee turnover rate is high.
