      Pros

      Not only will your leadership challenge you to stretch but your peers will drive you to better yourself as a busines professional and member of your community. TEK is no place for the complacent and I love that. Providing feedback and making suggestions are always welcome and encouraged in this feedback rich culture. We get to work with some amazing customers and help thousands to advance their careers. The rewards seem limitless and anytime a few hundred of us get together there is bound to be a good party.

      Lose the ties. Improve branding and social media for all the Allegis Group companies globally.

      Pros

      The company truly cares about your success and will help you achieve both personal and professional goals. Unique company culture like no others out there. Ability to have a work life balance. Opportunity to bring value to businesses. Mutual respect between coworkers. Strong character of employees - honesty and integrity.

      Cons

      Challenging to be successful in the beginning. Someones career can be affected initially by the direct manager they work for and if not in line w/the company culture, is a problem.

      Pros

      The learning exeriences were amazing, and if that wasn't enough the relationships you build while working there makes you feel like family. I am a person who wants to work with fun people so that i forget I am at work. That's what I get at TEK. We work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      The cons of working for TEK would be that everyone gets paid so differently. It is luck that gets you more money sometimes in that job. You have to be money hungry at all times
