      Family atmosphere, feedback rich environment, tons of opportunity for growth, caring leaders that push you to be your best, team players, high energy, base salary plus commissions/bonuses based on how hard you work - high income potential, recognition for achievements, the company cares about your personal and professional growth!

      Cons

      To be in Recruiting/Sales at TEK you must be extremely driven and internally motivated, the environment is not for everyone but for the right person it's refreshing and has so much opportunity!

      Pros

      Great reward for hard work. If you like being challenged and are self motivated, you make a great living at TEK. If you do not have high standards for yourself, it isn’t the place for you. Everyone in every job is trained to support and push each other to obtain their personal and professional goals. The relationships will last a lifetime and we know how to have fun. The people who I have seen fail did not enjoy being held accountable for their work. As someone with a family, I have no problem being motivated every day that I show up. Some people do struggle motivating themselves and we try to help them. In the end, this job forces you to be very honest with yourself. If you accept it, the rewards are outstanding. Challenging, fun and great relationships. Everyone must be accountable.

      Cons

      Being number 1 in the industry, the competition tends to copy our processes. The success is celebrated often, but the down times can be stressful. Being such a large company, the processes can at times be overboard.
