      Pros

      They have a decent training program. They will teach you a lot of useful information that you can use down the road.

      Cons

      Very cliquish. If you aren't a recent college graduate you won't fit in well. They promote based on looks and how liked you are by your employees. They don't value your success unless you stop making them money. Beware once the "TEK Kool-aid" runs out so will your job. Once you start to see the light and how it isn't a "perfect" environment they will let you go because you don't fit the "culture". If you enjoy time with your family away from work then stay away from TEK.
