      Pros

      TEKsystems is a great place for someone right out of college to work. They give you the tools you need to be successful and have great training. You become very close with the people you work with and the recruiter pit can be a lot of fun. You get to expense lunches that you take consultants on. Potential to make large sums of money. The sales conferences are a lot of fun.

      Cons

      TEK can really break someone's spirit. Things have to be done their way and you better be smiling while doing it. Hours are long and the days are extremely repetitive. Weekly reports on your highs and lows are a waste of time since you are constantly taking to your manager or director. You are expected to attend happy hours after work, I know this sounds like fun, but when you actually have a life it starts to wear on you. TEK says that you can make a lot of money but the majority of folks will never see the money they talk about. You can work hard but a lot of the success is based on luck or who likes you in the company.
