You ABSOLUTELY HAVE to watch your spread reports. You can get penalized by THEIR internal errors. Screwed out of a $1800 bonus because one contractor was billed incorrectly. Was told that I couldn't back date the billing, because "the office only gets one back track a year, and you should have caught this on your spread reports when they came out." Mysteriously, the one spread report that mattered was missing, and the excuse I was given was, "Sorry, I know you had stuff going on." (I was in the hospital for surgery that week). I raised a stink about contest in January. I was RIF'd in April. Also, DBO told me I was RIF'd. Told the office it was performance based.
