      Totally disrespectful of their employees, their most valuable resource.

      Pros

      It's a good place for somebody starting out in their career

      Cons

      Salaries lower than market average, they promised to adjust that 2 years ago, they never did; I was told 2 years ago that the production support team I am on would have 4 people, 2 years later, we are only still 2 on the team, so one week out of two I have to do night support, which means I can't leave home because the client doesn't allow us to have laptops, plus I don't get paid to be on call, I only get paid straight time if I get called. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      Pros

      TEK provides technical opportunities with large customers that may not otherwise be accessible. The staff I dealt with was professional, interested in hearing from me, and focused on the success of the client engagement.

      Cons

      TEK is essentially a contracting house. If understand that, then you'll know what you're getting with TEK. There's no real job security or career path. (Then again, where do you find that anymore?)
