      A great place to work

      Pros

      The people are great. It is a great place to work and there are a lot of opportunities for growth if you are interested and work toward it. The pay can be very good and within a few years you will be doing very well for yourself if you can handle the bumps in the road.

      Cons

      It is a constant roller coaster. It is the same way with any job where you have to depend on other people. You just have to even it out, you can't get too high or too low.

      Pros

      Awesome place to learn and grow within the recruiting field, and the training is bar none the best in the business. Easy to build great relationships, leadership is up front and honest, and the company name alone looks GREAT on a resume. The market knowledge learned is so great that I think that alone is enough reason to start a career there.

      Cons

      Upward mobility is partially limited. Base salary is VERY limited, and the commission/salary are both below average for the industry. Also, watch out for that non-compete before you sign it. Not really alot you can do about it, but be aware of it should you ever consider leaving for other opportunities.

      Good place to start a career

      Pros

      Good place to get started in a sales or recruiting career which can definitely be a lucrative way to go. You learn how to work hard and get a lot of experience in a relatively short period of time. You don't need to have real "specific" experience as long as you are willing to put in the effort and time to learn.

      Cons

      Not much long term growth and a plateau comes relatively quickly. You can learn fundamentals but after that most leadership really can not teach you anything more. Success is based on working hard and not always working smart. Rarely is it accepted to do things outside of the TEK way, you get just enough rope to hang yourself.
