Pros

Good people and good opportunity. Management really takes the time to train in the local office. They also provide some of the most thorough training I have ever seen. This training for AM's is done 3 times at corporate in the 1st year.

Cons

A lot of management involvement. This can be good in some cases though. Management believes that there invoolvement helps drive delivery.

Pros

Very detailed training program and diverse experience to prepare anybodies career. They offer a lot of advice and put your in front of big name, Fortune 100, clients as well as smaller 15 person companies. On top of that they pay competitively bonus wise and commision wise.

Cons

The base salary and benefits are very lack-luster. What you put in is what you get out, meaning that you can take a big chunk out of the life balance. It often is an environment where turn over is high due to people giving up too early and getting fed up with the base salary before absorbing the benefits of your network/commision hitting.

Pros

Compensation is very good compared to others in the industry. Account managers seem to value you as an employee. 401(k) plan offered to hourly consultants. Minimal "paperwork" required for consultants to report their time and billing. Consultants paid weekly less than one week after turning in time sheets. Medical, dental, life and other benefits are offered. Hourly consultants are paid W-2, alleviating the need to self-incorporate.

Cons

Not much opportunity to grow or expand into new technologies. Compensation stays flat during your contract term. Medical benefits are expensive for hourly consultants. It's often better to find your own benefits. No opportunity to be paiid as an independent consultant for those who are already incorporated.
