Pros
Teksystems is wonderful at teaching the basics of recruiting, great internal tools, large investment in training, they really seem to want there employees to succeed.
Cons
Your work expereince at Teksystems is defined by who your Branch Manager is. Some are great others are pretty terrible when it comes to managing people / employees. Its really luck of the draw on who you get - sometimes the best Salesperson does not make the best manager. After a few years of being a top producer and learning the industry you will find that not all staffing companies work you to the ground. There are many other staffing companies who do as much or more business who have a better work life balance. Once you know your stuff it is not neccesary to hang around the office all night putting in "face time".
