      Pros

      The various TEKsystems offices work together to get you a job. The pay is good, but the per diem rates could be a lot higher. Main office works quickly to get you set up with payroll, direct deposit, etc. Questions are answered in a timely fashion..

      Cons

      Sometimes, you don't hear from them for a long time after you start a contract, although sometimes that can be a good thing.

      Pros

      Good culture, Trained better than most in the industry, Great place to learn either sales or recruiting and move on. You have a chance to make a ton of money if you are in the boys club. Free lunches and a fair car allowence.

      Cons

      Favoritism, If you are not one of the favorites be ready to out work your counterparts and make less money. Starting salary is low and you are expected to work long hours 55+ hours a week. Be ready to be micromanged.
