Just bad,, I wish I could say more, but the experience is just bad. Your left on your own, no support, Benefits are a joke while Regular employees enjoy a full benefit package that contractors (the life blood of the company doesn't get)

Working two contracts simultaneously, Teksystem's inept payroll department would miss processing whichever was approved last. Every week I had to try to get it corrected. I'm still fighting with them over missing payroll, and the last correction had incorrect deductions. There are little to no benefits. The insurance is expensive and didn't cover most of our medical, so I wound up not even using it and getting insurance from the Exchange (full price). The 401k offered is pointless, with no match. No paid days off. No contact with the recruiter other than a perfunctory email every 3-6 months. They didn't even find me the contract - I did, and gave it to them because I had to find a recruiting firm since the company does not contract directly.
