Management will promise you amazing opportunities for professional growth and upward promotions, but these are only awarded to those who play management’s pet. Management can provide negative reviews, scores, and even gossip if they do not like you or if you are labeled as an issue for speaking your mind, which also prevents movement. Will overwork you while underpaying you. Doesn’t take COL adjustments seriously, but will brag about how much money is being sunken into software. OVT not required, but will be held against you if you do not stay. Awful benefits for those who need decent medical coverage. Recent new hires were informed they’d be given two work from home days, which influenced their decision to take the job in some cases, only the have one suddenly taken away due to being, “Better Together”, when it reality it sounds like they only want more control. Overall an easy place to feel trapped.

Account managers are on a power trip, there’s no real structure, feels like leadership is constantly bullshitting us. Leadership is a joke and not respectable. Encouraged to work weekends and late hours (10pm) but no overtime pay. Base is 45k and it feels like a pyramid scheme because there’s few people in office who have been there longer than two year and those are the only successful ones (at least in our office.) you don’t make much commission off spread and once you do it equals out to the lack of base salary.
