Teksystems low balls you into taking pay that's slightly above minimum wage. When your one year review comes up, they come up with an excuse not to give you a raise on the lines of not having enough experience even though I personally took up 20 different roles at once. I understand that their clients are cheap and Teksystems needs to make money as well, but when you low ball your contract workers they low ball your client as well. When I had enough of their excuses and quit, they decided to send me my last check in the mail which cause me to be late on my bills and cause me to get overdraft from my bank. That's why I signed up as part of a class action lawsuit against Teksystems.
